These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ronin Reborn website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Ronin Reborn, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ronin Reborn. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Ronin Reborn is not intended for users under the age of 13.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login information. Ronin Reborn is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access.
Ronin Reborn offers a free account tier and a paid Ronin Premium subscription. Free accounts include the War Room, self-forged orders with ops team support, and Iron Forge access using built-in training programs (Fundamental Foundry and Iron Trinity).
Ronin Premium adds, among other benefits: AI mentor chat with trainers and Ronin Team 7 (subject to a shared daily usage budget; characters may be unavailable in-world when the budget is spent); monthly Watcher reviews in the Mental Forge; Kanata Shrine future-path visualizations on the Watchtower; Dragon Forge training and fuel readouts on the Crucible (when shrine access requirements are met); custom Iron Forge programs on the Anvil; and premium armory unlocks. Premium is available on a recurring billing basis (monthly or annually, as presented at the time of purchase).
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Ronin Reborn (through its third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that time.
You agree to use Ronin Reborn only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of any content you create or submit within Ronin Reborn, including notes, habits, logs, tasks, or other user-generated content ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant Ronin Reborn a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences resulting from it.
The Service, including all content, features, designs, graphics, trademarks, and software (excluding User Content), is the property of Ronin Reborn and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written permission.
Ronin Reborn may include AI-powered or automated features intended for productivity, guidance, or informational purposes only. Premium AI features may include, without limitation:
AI output is generated from the information you log in the Service and from prompts designed for observation and suggestion. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
These features do not provide medical, psychological, nutritional, legal, or other professional advice. Dragon Forge and related training or fuel readouts are training and logging observations only — not diagnosis, injury assessment, meal plans, or prescriptions. Kanata and Mental Forge outputs describe patterns and possible directions; they are not predictions or guarantees of future results.
If AI features surface content suggesting self-harm, harm to others, or crisis situations, the Service may respond with safety-oriented messaging rather than normal feature output. You are responsible for how you interpret and apply any output generated by the Service and for seeking qualified professional help when needed.
Ronin Reborn may include fitness, training, nutrition logging, or wellness-related content and tools (including Iron Forge, Storm Rations, and Dragon Forge readouts). This content is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or coaching advice.
You should consult a qualified professional before beginning any fitness or wellness program, changing your diet, or acting on training or fuel suggestions generated by the Service. Use of such features is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ronin Reborn makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ronin Reborn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
In no event shall Ronin Reborn's total liability exceed the amount you paid to Ronin Reborn in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ronin Reborn from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
